Obituary for Bernice Peterson (Edwards)
Warner Robins, GA- Bernice (Edwards) Peterson, 78, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at her residence. A celebration of her life will be held later in St. Petersburg, FL.
Bernice was born on September 30, 1941 in Pearson, GA to the late Henry and Geneva (Edwards) Bradley. She was a retired Data Analyst with IBM. After retirement, Bernice owned and operated a laundry mat. She was very involved with her church and their various ministries, specifically with children. Bernice loved children and believed in investing into their lives. Bernice was also a graduate of St. Petersburg Jr. College. In addition to her parents, Bernice was preceded in death by her son, Johnathan Bradley and her sister, Frankie McKinon.
Left to cherish her memories is her nephew: Dwight Bradley (Contenna); niece: Tangala Walker (Ezel, Jr.); grandchildren: Talisa Brown, Johnathan Bradley, Jr. and Tangela Brown; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters: Madeline Edwards and Teresa Collins.
