Beverly Ann Grimes
Our beloved daughter and sister Beverly passed away on December 28, 2020. She has joined her loving husband, Lieutenant Colonel Garry Grimes; and her father, John Wesley Thorp.
Beverly was born August 22, 1962 in Okeechobee, FL, and graduated from South Dade High School in Homestead, FL. She was a true animal lover and provided a nurturing home to many pets throughout her life.
Beverly is survived by her loving mother, Barbara (Floyd) Thorp, and brothers and sisters Richard (Tracy) Thorp, Teresa (Bill) Braniff, Christopher (Donna) Thorp and Steven (Darcy)Thorp. Beverly cherished her nieces and nephews John David McNeal, Kyle McNeal, Jennifer Thorp, Leah (Thorp) Barran, Amanda Thorp and Aaron Thorp.
It was our good fortune to be graced with Beverly’s genuine and unconditional love. We are comforted in knowing she is at peace now. She will be dearly missed and remain always in our hearts.
