I worked the owl shift at Robins AFB with Billy many years. I was working with him when he and Charles bought Hal Fly. Billy got me so hooked on crappie fishing. I worked with Billy all night and then we would go fishing all day. He was one of the nicest guys I have ever known. I will forever remember the friendship we had. Prayers for Jean, Terry, and the whole family. R.I.P. my ole buddy.
