Obituary for Cathleen Thomas (Parker)
Bonaire, GA – Cathleen (Parker) Thomas, 67, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at the Houston Medical Center. Family and friends will gather on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm at Unity Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, 479 Hwy. 96, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
Cathleen was born on April 28, 1952 in Pueblo, CO to the late Jack and Lawana (John) Parker. She faithfully served the communities that she lived in by serving as an Emergency Management Technician and a 911 Dispatcher.
She was very artistic and enjoyed using her creativity to make crafts. She also enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Cathleen was preceded in death by her son, Cody Lee Thomas and her sister, Cheryl Ann Potts.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved daughter, Star Wofford (Reggie) of Bonaire; grandchildren: PFC Ariona Wofford, USMC of Japan, PFC Cory Wofford, US Army of El Paso, TX and Layne Wofford of Bonaire; sister: Cindy Salakka (Steve) of Duluth, MN; brother: Jack Parker (Katie) of Tucson, AZ; several nieces and nephews.
