Obituary for Clyde Henry "Sandy" Driskell

Warner Robins, Ga.-Clyde Henry Driskell passed away peacefully Friday, May 6,2022, at the age of 74. A service celebrating his life will be held Tuesday, May 10, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Burpee Scott Memorial Chapel, Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel.
Clyde was born in Hennessey, Oklahoma to the late Orville Driskell and Mary Alice Cronister. Clyde proudly serviced in the United States Navy for 4 years. After the Navy, Clyde worked many years in the Oklahoma oil fields. In his later years he owned and operated All Temp Heating and Air. Clyde was an outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed golfing and road tripping with his co-pilot Paulette. Clyde was preceded in death by his sister, Francis Schiffman.
Left to cherish Clyde’s memory are his loving wife Paulette Driskell (Medsker); his children Susan Allinder (Spencer) Gulf shores, AL; Sherre Maxey (Chris) Rapid City, SD; Clyde Driskell (Cortney) Hurst, TX; and Eric Clifford Miami, OK; his grandchildren Zachery Allinder (Morgan); Elijah Allinder (Whitney); Kate Maxey, David Maxey (Jazmin); Emory Rae Driskell and Caleb Clifford. Clyde also leaves behind his great-grandchildren: Copper and Atticus Allinder, along with brothers: Loren Driskell, Chad Driskell, Marvin Driskell, Raymond Schiffman, Joseph Schiffman, and his sisters: Pamela Hotson and Tina Schiffman.
