Perry, GA – Dicky Curtis “Pop” Crumley, 67, of Perry, GA, passed away Friday, October 1, 2021, at home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 6, 2021, at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. A service will be held on Thursday, October 7, 2021, at 2:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel with interment to follow at Haynesville Baptist Church Cemetery. Dicky was born on June 10, 1954, to the late Richard Curtis and Mary Elizabeth (Hanson) Crumley in Jefferson, GA. He drove trucks for a living until he retired. In his free time, he enjoyed traveling, hunting, fishing, and anything sports related, especially football. However, the thing he loved most was spending time with his family! In addition to his parents, Dicky was preceded in death by his first wife, Cathy Laverne (Waters) Crumley, and his beloved wife, Ladonna (Harper) Crumley.
Dicky is survived by his adoring children: Latrelle Leigh Cantrell (Chris) Gainesville, GA; Andy Curtis Crumley (Jenny) Perry, GA, and Anthony Michael Owings, MO; grandchildren: Joshua Lee Crumley, Harley Crumley, Mackenzie Crumley; step-grandchildren: William Gidney, T. J. Owings, Cotton Owings, and Whitley Owings; his beloved sisters: Marion Roberta Carruth, Warner Robins, GA, and Martha Annette Shields, Warner Robins, GA; sister in law, Rachel Kathryn Crumley, Bonaire, GA; nephews: Keith Shields, Ken Shields, Chris Carruth, Reed Crumley and Brett Crumley; his fur babies: Pedro and Bear; and his large extended family.
