Obituary for Edward Ross Oliver
Edward "Ed" Ross Oliver of Warner Robins, Ga passed away on August 2, 2022 in Alexandria, La at the age of 55. He was born in Ft. Walton Beach, Fl to Phil and Dorothy Oliver.
Ed was a 1986 graduate of Warner Robins High School, and worked as a truck driver for many years; the past 13 years were spent working for Werner Trucking Company. He also served his community as a volunteer firefighter for Houston County Station 6 in the 90s.
In addition to his parents, Ed leaves behind his wife Dana of Perry; stepdaughter Ali Colquitt (Jordan) of Warner Robins; granddaughter Raegan Colquitt; older brothers David Oliver of Seattle, Washington; and Andrew Oliver of Warner Robins, Ga; and other family members.
Ed’s wife honored his wishes and ensured his legacy will live on through organ and tissue donation, and as a result he has helped 2 recipients with the donation of his kidneys, along with others who will receive his donated tissue. He has forever made an impact by their improved quality of life, made possible through these selfless gifts.
At the request of his parents there will be no funeral or memorial service held.
