Warner Robins, GA – Frances Bernice (Carter) Jolley, 77, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 7, 2021 at The Lodge in Warner Robins, GA. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions services celebrating her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to any animal rescue organization in her name.
Fran was born on March 13, 1943 in Battle Creek, MI to the late Frank and Novella (Frasier) Carter. She was a licensed cosmetologist. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved her family and always made sure their needs were met. Fran enjoyed dancing, gardening, watching television and shopping. Her greatest joy was her family, her beloved husband, Travis James Jolley and her dog, Daisy. In addition to her parents, Fran was preceded in death by her husband, Travis Jolley; sisters: Malinda Broyles and Jean Padgett.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughters: Cindy Jolley Meacham (Bob) of Bonaire, GA, and Sheryl Jolley McCard (Bryant) of Ashburn, GA; son: Randall James Jolley of Lakeland, FL; grandchildren: John Jolley (Christy), Brian Farmer and Mika Smith; sister: Betty Hutchings of Cleveland, TN; grand pups: Fletcher and Baileybug.
