Byron, GA- Dr. Gary Michael Suhr, 65, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, May 26, 2020. Gary was born on March 24, 1955 to the late Marvin and Dawn (Quam) Suhr in Whittier, California. He later studied and graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received his Doctor of Medicine. He most recently practiced at The Medical Center of Peach County, Navicent Health. In Dr. Suhr’s spare time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle, playing the piano, listening to music and traveling. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Elizabeth (Sean) Rain, Caryn Suhr, Kathleen Suhr, Michael Suhr, and Julia Suhr; granddaughter, Emily Rain; brother, Mark Suhr; sister, Sue Wisnefske and several nieces, nephews and friends.
