Obituary for Gary Wayne Wilson
Perry, GA – Gary Wayne Wilson passed away at his home on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Services will be held on Monday, June 13, 2022, at 3:00pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel. Reverend David Fisher will officiate.
Gary was born in McMinnville, TN to Arthur Bratten Wilson and Myrtle (Bailey) Wilson. In addition to his parents, Gary was predeceased by his brother, Hank Wilson. After graduation from high school, Gary began his career as a truck driver. He had a strong love for horses. Gary enjoyed being outdoors – hunting and fishing.
Left to cherish his memories are his sisters: Judy Wilson Robinson and Myra Wilson; his nieces and nephews: Kisha, Joe, Ginny, Candice, Josh, and Haylee; and his lifelong friend, Mike McWhirter.
