Obituary for Gloria Reese Wilson (Reese)

Gloria Reese Wilson (Reece) 49 went home to be with the Lord on Thursday March 1,2018 at Pine Pointe Hospice, Macon Georgia. Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 17,2018 at 12 noon at Inspirational Church by Faith, Inc. 714 Adderton St., Americus Ga. 31709.

Gloria (Reece) Wilson was born on May 21,1968 in Ocala Florida to the late Howard Reece Sr and Margaret Pierson Reece of Ocala, Florida. Gloria worked as a CNA at Lillian G Carter Nursing home in Plains, Ga. She loved caring and taking care of people.
Gloria (Reece) Wilson was truly an amazing woman. All who knew her came to love her bubbly personality. She was a very very hard worker, yet still a little bit of a kid at heart. No matter how bad of a mood you were in, by the end of the day she has managed to put a smile on your face. She was always being a prankster. Gloria was truly a character. No matter where she was or who she was around, her attitude and sense of humor never changed unless of course she was mad at you....which was hardly ever. However, one passion she loved dearly was spending time with her kids. Whether it was helping with school projects, having water fights to even going on road trips. Out of everything she was juggling, jobs, kids, home life one thing I can say is that no matter how hard it got in the past, she always managed to have fun. So i say this in the words of Gloria " you can't change the past, you can only make a better future"

Left to cherish her memory are her kids: Daughter LaToya "Sam" Boger (Monique), Ocala Fl. son Howard D Reece,Ocala FL. son Stephon Reece (Tasha), Ocala FL. son Christopher Pope, Ocala. FL daughter Kaprisha Pope, Ocala, daughter Kristoria Wilson, Americus Ga daughter Quanteria Wilson, Americus Ga son Henry L Wilson Jr, Americus Ga. daughter Jane't Wilson Ocala FL son Darion Wilson, Ocala FL son Robert Wilson of Americus, Ga.

Sibling: Brother Willie Ray Coleman, sister Barbara Ann Reece, brother Howard Reece Jr, sister Janet Denise Reece (deceased) sister Mae Frances Samuel (Dwight), sister Brenda Renee Hart, and brother Morris Lamont Reece all of Ocala, Florida One Godchild.

Nine grandkids, one Godchild, many nieces, nephew's and friends.

I'm the sister-in-law to Gloria (Henry Wilson - Buddy) Although we lived far apart, I met Gloria when visiting my family for our bi-yearly reunions. It was a pleasure meeting Gloria during those visits. I'm the Daughter of Robert Mitchell and step-daughter of the Late Maggie Wilson-Mitchell.
