Kathleen, GA- Gracelyn Diana DeLeon, infant daughter of Danny and April DeLeon, was escorted by Jesus into heaven on April 26, 2021 at the Medical Center Navicient Health. A private service will be held on Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
Gracelyn was born on April 25, 2021 in Macon, GA to her proud parents, Danny, and April. She brought such joy from the moment she was born. Though her life was short, her family celebrates being able to love and hold her and knows that they will see her again.
Left to cherish her memory in addition to her parents is her brothers: Alex and Landon; sister: Addyson DeLeon.
