Obituary for Hannah Ivey Folsom
Warner Robins, GA – Hannah Ivey Folsom,19, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA. Services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory with Reverend Jay Lauritsen officiating. The visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the services.
Hannah was born on October 31, 2003, in Okinawa, Japan to the late Eric Folsom and Sheryl Gwendolyn (Stratton) Harrison. She was a 2022, honor graduate of Northside High School. She served in the ROTC, earned the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and ran on the cross-country team. Hannah was very musically inclined, specifically in rap. She was a K Pop dancer, a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and fluent in four languages. Hannah was a very intelligent young lady, who was strong willed, unique, and marched to the beat of her own drum. She also loved animals. Hannah was currently enrolled at UGA and had great aspirations for the future. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory is her mother, Gwen Harrison (Rusty) of Warner Robins, GA; brother: Zachary Folsom of Albany, GA; maternal grandmother: Yvonne Stratton of Warner Robins, GA; paternal grandmother: Gladys Folsom of Birmingham, AL.
