Obituary for Heather Diane Carney (Hall) (Carney)

Heather Diane Carney Hall,48, passed away unexpectedly on June 12, 2022, in Asheville, NC.

Heather was born on December 18, 1973, to the late Wanda (Panther) and the late Reed Carney. Heather attended Northside High School in Warner Robins, GA, where she was a member of the theater department. Halfway through her senior year she transferred to Central High School in Macon, GA, where she was a graduating member of the class of 1992.

Heather worked in the veterinarian business for 22 years. She started her career at Jenkins Animal Hospital, now Christian Veterinary Hospital, in Warner Robins, GA. She also worked at All Pets Animal Hospital & most recently at The Animal Hospital at Reems Creek, both of which are in the Asheville/Weaverville areas of North Carolina.

Heather loved her family, friends, & fur babies. She loved all things mermaid themed & Disney Villains, with her 2 favorites being Ursula & Maleficent. She loved music & was an avid singer, breaking out into song no matter where she was…. if the music was good. She was a huge fan of Fleetwood Mac & Stevie Nicks. She had the voice of an angel, even going to Nashville a few years ago to audition for the NBC television show, The Voice. Heather met the love of her life, Brian, in 2009 & would eventually marry him on October 19, 2019, in Weaverville, NC. She touched the lives of everyone that knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family & friends.

Heather is survived by her husband, Brian, of Marshall, NC; her children Rhiannon Carney of Charlotte, NC, Kaleb Hall (Emily Mills) of Bonaire, GA, & Alyssa Hall of Moncks Corner, SC; father-in-law James (Jimmy) L. Hall of Bonaire, GA, sister-in-law Kimberly Hall Jackson (Rex Johnson) of Warner Robins, GA, brother-in-law Tim Hall (Michelle) of Brunswick, GA, other extended family members, & her fur babies Doodle B, Pooh Bear, & Monkey.

There will be a visitation with family starting at 1pm & a memorial service starting at 2pm Saturday June 18, 2022, in the chapel at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to help with final expenses.
