Byron, GA – Helen Frances Harper, 89, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, after a brief battle with cancer. The daughter of the late Warner and Panda Morrison, she was a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a supportive great grandmother, and a dedicated nurse. She was a faithful member of Byron Baptist Church for over 50 years, where she proudly served as president of the Gleaners Sunday School Class. Frances leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Bonnie Evridge (John Giles) and Susan Murchison (Randy), her daughter-in-law Connie Harper, 6 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Cecil Harper; her son Daryl Harper; and her step-grandson Rob Harrison. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00 in the Byron Baptist Church sanctuary with a celebration of her life to follow at 11:00.
