Lizella, GA – James Talmadge Heath, 64, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 19, 2023, at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA. Memorial Services will be announced by the family at a later date.

James was born on May 4, 1959, in LaGrange, Georgia to Eugene Talmadge Heath and the late Annie Ruth Strickland. He worked as a Sheet Rock Finisher for many years before retiring. James was a beloved Father, Papa and friend, but most of all a Hero to many who knew him. He enjoyed woodworking all throughout his life. There was nothing he couldn’t build or fix. James will be fondly remembered for his big heart and silly antics. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

Along with his mother, James is preceded in death by Henry Heath.

Left to cherish his memory is his son: James E Heath (Sherri), daughter Cheyenne Drawhorn; stepsons: Cory Drawhorn and Wesley Drawhorn; stepdaughter: Mandi Mason; grandchildren: Destinee Gober (Nathan), Nate Heath, and Madyson Heath; many step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews; brothers: David Heath (Robin), Brenda Harnist (Ken), and Patricia Miller; and his beloved significant other: Joyce Drawhorn.
