Obituary for James Harold Middleton
Warner Robins, GA – James Harold Middleton, 65, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2023, peacefully at his residence. Services celebrating his life will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, at 3:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. His Visitation will be an hour prior. Reverend Fred White will be officiating the services.
James was born on May 3, 1957, in Anchorage, Alaska to the late Marvin Alfred Middleton, Sr. and Jean Elizabeth (Milliman) Middleton. He graduated with his bachelors in Geology before going into the military. He was a proud Veteran for the United States Navy. After the military, he worked as a maintenance Technician for Frito Lay until he retired. In his spare time, James enjoyed his membership in the Civitan, gambling, travelling, and playing golf. James’ biggest joy, however, was getting to see his grandchildren.
Along with his parents, James is preceded in death by his dear sister, Patti Lynn Middleton.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife: Teresa Middleton; stepchildren: Tammy James Little (Shay) and David Paul James; grandchildren: Ethan James Little and Sarah Diane James; brother: Marvin (Buz) Middleton, Jr. (Linda); nieces: Wendy Lashley (Kevin) & daughters, Christine Barlow & son and daughter, and Megan Munn (Gregg) & son and daughter; aunt: Peggy Middleton; and several cousins.
