A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2019 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Elbert Goff; brother: Joe Tomberlin and his wife, Norma Lou.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Jonathan Goff (Jalanda), Cindy Harmon (Tony) and Karen Davis (Wayne); grandchildren: Jacob Goff, Jerry Harmon, John Harmon (Kim), Brandy Davis and Dr. David Davis (Dr. Amanda); great-grandchildren: Alexis Sparks, Julius Davis, Avery Davis, Madison Harmon and Robert Harmon; brother: Tom Tomberlin (Judy).

To Ms. Janice's family, I send my thoughts and prayers. This sweet lady sat behind me in church and I could not wait to get one of her sweet hugs on Sunday. I loved to hear her sing and I sat and talked with her every chance I got. She was my card playing buddy on Family Fun nights at Anchor Baptist Church and she will be missed so very much. She was a kind, gentle, Christian lady and I am honored that she was my friend.
