Jack was born on January 7, 1939, in Durango, CO to the late William and Isabel (née Mackenzie) Crader. Jack spent 38 years in the civilian military services in St. Louis, Huntsville, Saudi Arabia, and Warner Robins. He enjoyed golf and was able to play all over the world, including St. Andrews, collecting hats along the way. He loved watching sports, especially the Broncos, the Bulldogs, and the Braves. His quick wit always left everyone laughing, and he passed this legacy of laughter to his kids and grandkids. He enjoyed playing poker with his poker buddies. He loved the color purple, rhinos, and his two loyal dogs, Genie and Zack. Jack’s favorite activity, however, was spending time with his family and loving on his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Rita (née Squire) Crader; daughters: Kathleen Zelnik (Jonathan), Wendy Wilkes (Stan), Rebecca Crader (Mike); Son, Galen Crader; grandchildren: Bradley, Megan (Caitlin), Devon (Autumn), Savannah (Kyle), Dakota, and Eva; great grandchildren: Everly, Rilyn, and Tobin. He is also survived by his sister, Jean Jayne (Don), nephews, Jerry and Robbie, and nieces, Cindy and Christy.
