Forsyth, GA – Joyce Elizabeth (Renfroe) Fincher, 66, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 29, 2022, at Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA. Services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022, at 3:00 pm at Rose of Sharon Church in Lizella, GA.
Joyce was born on November 19, 1955, in Macon, GA to the late Joseph Neal Renfroe and the late Lorene (Jackson) Renfroe. She was a technical writer in government contracting for many years until her retirement. Joyce was a Godly lady, who loved the Lord and serving and worshipping Him at Frontline Ministries. In her spare time, Joyce enjoyed crossword puzzles, working in her yard, and fishing, but her greatest joy came from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Perry Fincher of Forsyth; daughter: Deanna Davidson of Forsyth; sons: Chris Fincher of Forsyth and Robbie Fincher of Macon; grandsons: Parker Fincher, Caleb Davidson, and Justin Childress; granddaughters: Lindsey Childress and Kayleigh Davidson; great-granddaughter: Carter Davidson; sister: Janice McCallum of Culloden; brother: Lonnie Greer of Byron.
