Obituary for Judith Lee "Judie" Morrison (Miller)

Warner Robins, GA - Judith "Judie" (Miller) Morrison was born in Dayton, Kentucky on March the 23rd 1942 to Fulton and Mildred Miller. The world was not ready for this girl! She married Don Morrison in June 27, 1959, and together they had 8 children, Denise DePuy (Duane) of Canton, Terry Morrison (Alice) of Fort Valley, Jody Morrison (Betty) of Warner Robins, Kelly Crews (Darwin) of Hoboken, Bruce Morrison of Kathleen, Derron Morrison (Dawn) of Perry and Chad Morrison of Savannah. She had 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She loved her family fiercely and she loved life. May be the only things she loved more than a new adventure was her family, her cell phone and driving her car. She put more miles on a car than anyone you've ever met. :) She also loved music and dancing. If you ask any of her children, and they're honest, they'll tell you she was a better dancer than they are. Judie accepted her invitation to join Jesus in heaven on April the 25th 2019 in Perry, Ga. She was 77 years old. In addition to her parents, Judie was preceded in death by her brothers, Corky and Donnie Miller, a granddaughter, Leah and great-granddaughter, Kaleigh.
Services celebrating her life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 11:00 am at Peachtree Baptist Church, 1202 GA – 247 Conn, Byron, GA 31008. The family will be wearing blue in honor of Judie’s favorite color. For those who wish to participate , please wear blue in her honor.
With honor Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
