Judith was born on April 13, 1957 in Cusseta, Georgia to the late June and Dorothy (Dawson) Simmons. She was a Cataloger for the Defense Logics Agency (DLA) . In her spare time, Judith enjoyed reading, crocheting, and volunteering for the Cub Scouts.
