Obituary for Julieta Heishman (Escalante)

Warner Robins, GA- Julieta Escalante Heishman, 77, went home to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 5, 2020 at her residence. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 beginning at 10:00 am with services following at 11:00 am at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. Monsignor Fred Nijem will be officiating.
Julieta was born on July 3, 1942 in Pasagy City, Philippines to the late Felimon Escalante and Consuelo (Taylo) Escalante. She was a very loving and devoted homemaker. Julieta was very active in the community, where she was involved with the Warner Robins Senior Center, Centerville Senior Center, Warner Robins Recreation Center and the Filipino Social Club. One of the activities that Julieta loved the most was dancing, with a vengeance! She enjoyed quilting, ceramics, crocheting and being around people. She never met a stranger and was loved by all who knew her. Julieta’s greatest joy came from her family, who she loved the most! Julieta was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and was very strong in her faith. In addition to her parents, Julieta was preceded in death by her siblings: Natalia, Virgilio, Renato and Romeo.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband, Rowland E. Heishman, Jr. of Warner Robins, GA; children: Reggie Escalante (Nina), Rommel Escalante (Tina), Rodel Escalante; grandchildren: Raffy, J.M., Kik, Ryu, Rajah, Ramaiya, Reign and Reil; great-granddaughter: Athena; sister: Angelita; niece: Maan.
