Obituary for Larry Darnell Bryant
Bonaire, GA – Larry Darnell Bryant, 68, went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, at the Houston Medical Center. Services celebrating his life will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Four Winds Apostolic Church of Warner Robins with Pastor James Driver officiating the services. The visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the services. Larry was born on April 29, 1954, in Chestertown, MD to the late James and Marie (Freeman) Bryant. He faithfully and honorably served his country for sixteen and a half years in the United States Army. Larry worked at Geico in Macon, GA as a security guard for many years until his retirement. He was a dedicated and faithful member of Four Winds Apostolic Church of Warner Robins, where he loved serving in the food bank ministry. Larry loved people and never met a stranger. He enjoyed his radio-controlled cars, his atv’s, and rebuilding small engines. Larry was known as a handyman, who could fix almost anything. In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brothers: Ronald Freeman, Sr., and Danny Bryant; sister: Diane Bryant.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, of thirty-two years, Isabel Rosa (Martins) Bryant of Bonaire, GA; children: Aaron Bryant of Newport News, VA, Tiffany Bryant of Sandersville, GA, Tina Bryant of Bonaire, GA, Cheyenne Bryant of Bonaire, GA, and David Wilkins of Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; siblings: David Bryant (Diane) of Wilmington, DE, Vickie Brown of Rock Hall, MD, Elaine Manly (Ike) of Chestertown, MD, Phil Henry of Chestertown, MD, Tanyelle Reeves of Virginia, and Harry Henry of Chestertown, MD.
