Obituary for Louise King
Butler, GA - Lily Louise King, 85, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Taylor County Health and Rehabilitation. Graveside services celebrating her life will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at 11:00 am at Mt. Olive Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Reynolds, GA with Reverend Jay Lauritsen officiating.
Louise was born on July 19, 1937, in Butler, GA to the late David Allen King and the late Lillie Clemmie (Moore) King. She worked various jobs throughout her life, Peach Packing, the lunch room at Taylor County Schools, and First Baptist Church, a job she dearly loved, just to name a few. She was a sweet and gentle lady, but was very strong and independent. She was loved by all that knew her. In addition to her parents, Lillie was preceded in death by her brothers: T.D. King, Benjamin King, Steve S. King, David Allen King, Jr., and Bob Frank King.
Left to cherish her memory are many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
