Obituary for Mazie Jean Little (Martin)
Warner Robins, GA – Mazie Jean (Martin) Little, 80, went home to be with the Lord after a long battle with health issues. The viewing for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. Services celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 11:00 am at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory with Dr. Mike Parker officiating. Interment will be held privately at Sunny Vista Baptist Church Cemetery in Canton, NC. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Agape Care Group (formerly Serenity Hospice) 645 Tallulah Trail, Suite 202, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
Mazie was born on April 3, 1941, in North, SC to the late Elijah and Geraldine (Chavis) Martin. She was retired from Hughes Aircraft, where she worked as a server. Mazie was an active member of The Bridge Church and the ladies Sunday School Class. In her spare - time she enjoyed shopping, traveling, and dining out. In addition to her parents, Mazie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert “Bob” Little; her daughter, Sandra; sister: Diane Fanning; brothers: Roy Martin and Rocky Davis.
Left to cherish her memory is her sisters: Betty Sizemore (Roland) of Warner Robins, GA, Virginia Pederson of Salt Lake City, UT, and Juanita Teems of Gaston, SC; brothers: Kaiser Fogle (Bobbi) of Newborn, SC, Danny Fogle (Faye) of Orangeburg, SC, and Connie Ray Fogle (Ruth) of Orangeburg, SC; numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
