Warner Robins, GA - Megan Johanna (Powe) Jakubczak, 62, passed away on Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Taylor County Rehabilitation and Nursing. The services celebrating her life will be held at a later date, but will be announced.
Megan was born in Daytona Beach, FL on February 23, 1959 to the late William and Dorothy Powe. She worked as a waitress for the majority of her career, until her health began to decline. Megan loved her family and their farm. She enjoyed gardening, baking, canning, and adored her horses. Megan was a friend to many and found great pleasure in serving others. She even enjoyed doing laundry. In addition to her parents, Megan was preceded in death by her daughter, Jay Jay Moore.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Henry John Jakubczak, II of Warner Robins, GA; sons: Stephen Duleck (Jolene) of Byron, GA, Christopher Duleck (Nicole) of Cherry Creek, NY, Robert Clark of Jamestown, NY, and Henry John Jakubczak, III of Dublin, GA; 10 grandchildren; siblings: Toby, Michael, Meredith, and Melissa; many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
