Michele Marie Barton, 59, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at the Houston Medical Center. Graveside services celebrating her life will be held on Monday, October 19, 2020 at Perry Memorial Gardens.
Michele was born on September 30, 1961 in Clovis, NM to the late J.C. Barton and Mary (Serha) Barton of Tacoma, WA. She was the kindest person you would ever meet. She enjoyed gardening and going to the casinos. In spite of her health issues, Michele always had a smile on her face and cared for others. She loved her fur babies, Scrappy, Lucy, Geronimo and Anna, but her greatest love was her son, Tyler. In addition to her father, Michele was preceded in death by her brother, James Clifford Barton.
Left to cherish her memory is her son, Tyler Barton of Warner Robins, GA; mother: Mary Barton of Tacoma, WA; sister: Debbie Bennett of Perry, GA; brother: Mark Barton of Hood River, OR; aunts: Vera Burrows of Gig Harbor, WA, Natalie Smith of Helena, MT and Leeza Visconti of Spokane, WA; uncles: Johnny Serha of Helena, MT and Mike Serha of Helena, MT.
