Macon, GA – Ouida (Sapp) Livingston, 89, passed away Monday, January 18, 2021 at Pruitt Health in Forsyth, GA.
Ouida was born on January 22, 1931 in Pulaski, Georgia to the late Joe and Alma (DeLoach) Sapp. She was a dedicated homemaker, who always put her family first and making sure that their needs were met. Ouida enjoyed gardening and interior decorating in her spare time. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Scott Livingston; sisters: Doris (Sapp) Foss and Joe Ann (Sapp) Hensley.
Left to cherish her memory are her children: Joe Whaley (Cindy) of LaGrange and Lisa Whaley of Macon; grandchildren: Jeremy Whaley (Jane) of Titusville, FL, and Brett Whaley (Abby) of LaGrange; great-grandchildren: Grace Whaley, Lizzy Whaley and Piper Whaley; sister: Hazel (Sapp) Williams of Pulaski, GA; numerous nieces and nephews.
