Obituary for Raymond Murray "Bo" Hill

Warner Robins, GA- Raymond “Bo” Murray Hill, 79, died following his battle with pancreatic cancer. A visitation will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory with graveside services following at 11:30 am at Magnolia Park Cemetery.
Bo was born on April 8, 1941 in Sumner, GA to the late Emmett and Helen (Harper) Hill. He was a 1959 graduate of Warner Robins High School. Bo retired as a civil service employee from Robins Air Force Base, where he worked as an aircraft mechanic. Bo was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness in Warner Robins, GA. He enjoyed gardening and was an avid fisherman. Bo was excellent at cooking and grilling, where he earned the nickname, Chef “Bo” Ardee. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family. In addition to his parents, Bo was preceded in death by his sisters, Martha Hill, and Lois Frances Sanders.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Sara Ann (Nunn) Hill of Warner Robins, GA; son: Raymond Floyd Hill (Angela) of Cumming, GA; daughter: Sylvia Janvary (Harold) of Jackson, GA; one grandchild: Mollie Starr Hill; Five nieces; 2 nephews; sisters: Sue Shiver and Bernice White (James) both of Sylvester, GA.
