Warner Robins- Richard Alan Knipe, 53, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, December 14, 2017. The family will be celebrating his life in a private ceremony.
Richard was born on December 18, 1963 in Columbus, GA to the late Dean and Jane Harrison Knipe. He loved the outdoors, especially camping with his family. Richard was a huge car enthusiast, especially his prize Oldsmobile. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Melissa Rakestraw Knipe of Warner Robins; daughter: Renee Gilbert (Ryan) of Smyrna; sons: William Knipe (Natalie) and Quintin Knipe both of Warner Robins; step-daughter: Stephanie Sanford of Warner Robins; step-sons: Tyler and Trace Cosby of Warner Robins; 7 grandchildren; brothers: Dean and John Knipe of Columbus; sister: Suzie Knipe Smith of Columbus.
