Obituary for Robert F. "Bob" Clark

Warner Robins, GA – Robert F. “Bob” Clark, 66, joined his beloved wife and heavenly father on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at the Heart of Georgia Hospice Inpatient Unit in Perry, GA. Visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. The services celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory with Pastor Jason Comer officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Heart Association, 5962 Zebulon Road, PMB 359, Macon, GA 31210. Bob was born on October 23, 1954 in Niagara Falls, NY to the late James and Bernadine (Dugas) Clark. He faithfully and honorably served his country in the United States Air Force, where he retired at the rank of Tech Sergeant. Bob also retired from Robins Air Force Base having worked civil service as a Deputy Flight Chief. He was a faithful and active member at CenterPoint Church, where he was a greeter and an usher. Bob took great pride in maintaining an immaculate yard. He did not allow anyone to work in his yard without his supervision. Bob adored his family and was deeply heartbroken after losing his beloved wife. His grandchildren brought him great joy and comfort. In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 39 years, Lynn Marie (Makowski) Clark; brother: James T. Clark; grandchildren: Alex and Faythe Staff.
Left to cherish his memory is his daughters, Kristine Staff (Richard) of Warner Robins, GA, and Maegan Barnes (William) of Warner Robins, GA; grandchildren: Savanna and Kason Staff; sisters: Kathleen Kephart of Niagara Falls, NY and Linda Clark of Niagara Falls, NY; brother: Timothy Clark (Melanie) of Buffalo, NY; many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
