Robert was born on September 2, 1937, to the late Robert Sapp and Lottie (Cagle) Sapp. He served in the United States Air Force and also worked on Robins Air Force Base. Robert loved church and going fishing.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife; Jackie Gladden Sapp; brothers: Bill Gray and Jack Gray.
