Hawkinsville, GA – Sarah (Wright) Musselwhite, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at her residence. Services celebrating her life will be held on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 1:00 pm at Haynesville First Baptist Church with interment immediately following at Parkway Memorial Gardens. The visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the services. Reverend David Fisher will be officiating the services. The family accepts flowers but asks that any donations please be made to FOPAS, 204 Kellwood Dr, Perry, GA 31069.
Sarah was born on June 4, 1952, in Madison, GA to the late John and Sarah (Mullins) Wright. She was retired from the Houston County Tag office. In her spare time, Sarah enjoyed shopping, traveling, camping, and collecting dolls of the Royal Family. She also enjoyed visiting Disney World and the Harry Potter movies. Sarah was a faithful and active member of Haynesville Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, Sarah was preceded in death by her son, Brian Musselwhite.
Left to cherish her memory is her beloved husband of 50 years, Glen Musselwhite of Haynesville, GA; daughter: Wendy Purvis (Ben) of Haynesville, GA; grandchildren: Bristol, Briana, and Kazz Purvis; brothers: Chris and Joey Wright, both of Greensboro, GA; sister: Yvonne Williams of Cordele, GA.
