Fort Valley, GA. – Shirley Ann (Scott) Osborne, 76, went home to be with her Lord on Saturday, June 18, 2022. Services celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at 7:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel. Glenn Osborne will be officiating. Shirley will be laid to rest at the City of Molena Cemetery on June 25, 2022 at 11:00 am.

Shirley was born on July 25, 1945, in Thomaston, GA. to the late George Wesley Scott and Maebell (Cleveland) Scott. Shirley worked in civil service at Robins Air Force Base. Her favorite past time was sewing, and crocheting. She also loved cooking and canning from her garden. You could find her dancing to Bob Seger in the living room or taking a relaxing drive down country roads. But most importantly Shirley loved her family.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter: Tanya Amos (Alan); sons Michael Osborne (Kim) and Glenn Osborne (Karen); husband James Osborne; Grandchildren; Amber, John, Ava, Savannah, Will, Anna Belle; Great-Grandchildren: Victor, Andreanna, Eli, Magdalena, and Evangeline Grace. Shirley also leaves behind her beloved cat Bear Bear.
