Warner Robins, GA- Susan (Rowe) Vaughn, 58, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2020 at the Houston Medical Center. A visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm and funeral services following at 2:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. Interment will be at Magnolia Park Cemetery immediately following the services. Pastor Joey Ellis will be officiating the services.
Susan was born on August 13, 1961 in Roswell, New Mexico to the late Robert Patrick Rowe and Joann Irene (Owen) Rowe. She was a former employee of the Houston Medical Center for 25 years, where she worked in various positions in the Laboratory Department. Susan enjoyed cooking and shopping, but her favorite thing to do was buy and sell jewelry. She amassed many beautiful pieces over the years and became very educated on all the different varieties of jewelry. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Dwayne Vaughn of Warner Robins, GA; daughter: Whitney Grisham (Travis) of Macon, GA; son: Robert “Robbie” Dwayne Vaughn (Samantha) of Warner Robins, GA; granddaughter: Audrey Vaughn of Warner Robins, GA; mother: Joann Rowe of Warner Robins, GA brother: James Rowe of Louisville, KY; sister: Sandra King of Warner Robins, GA; 4 nieces and nephews.
