Macon, Ga. – Theodore Howard Matte, 77, passed away on Saturday, June 11,2022 after a long and courageous battle with Cancer. All services are private.
Theodore was born in New York, New York on June 6, 1945, to the late Joseph and Zelda (Bonk) Matte. Theodore was a logistics manager at Haband. He loved listening to the Blues, blue grass, and Rock-n-Roll. He also enjoyed cooking and eating his favorite Chinese and Italian food. He loved watching Kung-fu movies and cooking shows. He was an animated storyteller with a great sense of humor. Theodore was married to the love of his life Claire Herring for 16 years.
In addition to his wife left to cherish his memory is his daughter Kelly Mills (Matthew) Macon, GA; Grandchildren Marin, Oliver, and Lydia; brother Larry Matte (Cynthia); Best friend Anthony Payton (Mary) and his faithful furry companion LuLu.
