Perry, GA – William Franklin “Frank” Black, 75, passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at his home. Services celebrating his life will be private. Frank was born on September 18, 1947, in Miami, FL to the late Clarence and Hannah (Perkins) Black. He retired from the City of Miami after serving as a Fire Fighter. In his spare time, Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing golf, and entertaining his family and friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife, Robin (Carroll) Black of Perry, GA; sister: Peggy Patterson (Billy) of Newnan, GA; niece: Cheri McKinney (Joe) of Newnan, GA; great-nephew: Brandon Ganey (Brianna) of Newnan, GA and numerous, extended family and friends.
