Obituary for William H. Newton Sr.
Warner Robins, GA – William H. Newton, Sr., 79, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Warner Robins Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. The services celebrating his life will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 2:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory with Reverend Michael Rogers officiating the services.
William was born on September 9, 1942, in Elyria, OH to the Late William and Mozell Newton. He was a hard-working family man, who prided himself on providing for his family. William retired after a long career at U.S. Steel, where he worked as an engineer. He was also a very talented chef and enjoyed cooking and preparing meals for others, especially his family.
Left to cherish his memory is his beloved daughter: Kimberly D. Helm (Thomas) of Warner Robins, GA; grandchildren: KeAndrea Kendrick, Shari Dunn-Helm, and Kristin Williams (Christopher Sr.); great-grandchildren: Kaylani Helm, Carleigh Helm, Ariana Dunn, Jordan Dunn, Christopher Williams,Jr., Zion Howard, and Xayne Howard.
