William H.  Johns Jr.
Perry- William H. Johns, Jr., 59, passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. At the request of Mr. Johns, the services will be private.
William was born on May 10, 1957 in Portsmouth, VA. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a Master’s degree in Sociology. He went on to become the director of training and development with W.S. Badcock Furniture Corporation from which he retired. He was an avid reader and fisherman and was loved by all who knew him. William was preceded in death by his father, William H. Johns, Sr.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife of 42 years, Diane Johns, Perry, GA; twin daughters: Sherry Johns, Perry, GA & Shannon Conatser (Tim), Perry,GA; mother: Rosemary King Johns, Plant City, FL; 4 grandchildren: Aaron Conatser, Courtney Johns, Tyler Bustamante & Kaitlyn Bustamante; sister: Patsy Hawkins, Plant City, FL; brother: Dale Johns, Daytona, FL.
Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has charge of arrangements.
