Obituary for Helen Elaine Horsley (Purser)

Warner Robins- Helen Elaine Purser Horsley, 57, passed away at her home on Friday, May 26, 2017. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at 11:00 am in Burpee-Scott Chapel with interment immediately following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory.
Helen was born in Macon, GA on March 10, 1960 to the late Hoyt Purser and Betty Revell Evans. She worked most of her life as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Houston Medical Center. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who always put others first. In her spare time, Helen enjoyed spending time with her family and doing various types of crafts, such as cross stitch and coloring. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her sister, Patricia Conley.
Helen is survived by her devoted and beloved husband, Robert Alvin Horsley; son: Jesse Borders (Jami), Titusville, FL; daughter: Jessica Brown (James), Byron; 4 grandchildren: Naomi, Graci Ann, Andrew and Lexi; sister: Phyllis Kramer, Bat St. Louis, MS; brother: James Register; several nieces and nephews.
