Warner Robins- Marjorie Stafford Cannon, 79, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Regency Hospital in Macon. Services will be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm in Burpee-Scott Chapel with interment following in Magnolia Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Marjorie was born on January 10, 1938 in Alamo, GA to the late Emmett and Essie Brack Stafford. She worked as an accountant in civil service at Robins Air Force Base until her retirement in 1973. She later founded Personalized Accounting Services from which she owned and operated for many years. Marjorie loved fishing and traveling, as well as, her Atlanta Falcons and Braves. She was a member of Word of Life Ministries here in Warner Robins.
Marjorie is survived by her children: Angela Cannon Hicks (Rodney) of Warner Robins and James Cannon of Byron; 2 grandchildren: Nathan (Houston) & Timmy Cannon; 4 great-grandchildren; sister: June Hudson of Cochran.
Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has charge of arrangements.
