Obituary for Mary Emma Miser (Curry)

Byron- Mary Emma Curry Miser, 73, passed away suddenly on Monday, June 12, 2017 at Houston Medical Center. Services celebrating her life will be held on Friday, June 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm in Burpee-Scott Chapel. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 12:00 – 1:00 pm at Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. The Reverend Darron Moncus will be officiating.
Mary was born on January 7, 1944 in Miami, FL to the late Harvey and Alva Cothron Curry. Early in her career she worked as a waitress and also with Belks here in Warner Robins, but most of her life she spent as a homemaker. Mary loved animals and her dolls, in which she has a vast collection. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Miser and her son, Michael Eugene Fairley.
Mary is survived by her sisters: Myrtle “Mert” Parrish and Kathy Clements and a host of nieces and nephews.
