Robert James  Little Sr.
Warner Robins-Robert James Little, Sr., 85, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2017 in Macon, GA. Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 6, 2017 at 11:00 am in Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5, 2017 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory. The family has requested in lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society, 804 Cherry St., Macon, GA 31201.
Bob was born on May 7, 1931 to the late William and Katherine Sample Little in Scranton, PA. He graduated college with a degree in Aerospace engineering where he used that degree until his retirement at Hughes Aircraft in West Hills, CA. He honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. Bob was an avid bowler, loved to travel and especially loved to eat. He truly had a heart for people and living life to the fullest.
In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his two sons: Robert James, Jr. and William “Bill” Little.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife, Mazie Martin Little; daughter-in-law: Cheryl Little; two grandchildren: Lindsay Dinsmoor and Damon Little and three great-grandchildren.
