The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mary McNeil can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Von will be missed in our small neighborhood. I always smiled as she walked her dog and cat. The cat always seemed to have had more training than the dog or it was that he was just so excited to be out and about. Von had a signature voice and laugh. Condolences to the family.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear the sad news of Von's passing. We shared the same cubicle at RAFB for many years. She definitely kept us laughing. She loved her family dearly. May God give you all strength and comfort in the days ahead.

Condolence: Von was my best friend. We met when I went to work for Cost Accounting in Finance on base, and she and I became very good friends. She helped me through the darkest period of my life. If she knew of anyone who was going through a rough time, either emotionally or otherwise, she was always there to comfort and help them. We enjoyed so many good times together, and I already miss her so much. The last time I went to JoAnn's for something I wanted, I felt awful because she wasn't in the passenger seat beside me, chattering away. She will be with me the rest of my life in my heart and in my thoughts. I know she is not longer in pain and is dancing and singing in Heaven.

There was never a dull moment in her presence. Keep the fond and fun memories of her near and dear to your hearts and the Lord will see you through this difficult time. Praying Peace & Strength to the family.

Condolence: My thoughts and prayers are with the McNeil Family. Von baby sat a young Finance Lieutenant through a thoroughly confusing accounting process. She was always able to make me smile and have a good laugh! She will be sorely missed!
